| Due to re‑register | The attorney has a biennial registration falling due or overdue: the rule asks for it within 30 days after the attorney’s birthday in each alternate year, and the record gives the month it is due. The value stays until the register records the filing or marks the registration delinquent, so the month can have passed; by itself it is not a finding. | 47,986 |
| Suspended, delinquent | The attorney is recorded as suspended from practice, with the registration also delinquent. The register does not give the reason or date of a suspension; the Appellate Division’s order does. | 20,229 |
| Delinquent | The attorney has a registration the register shows as due and not received. Under the rule a failure to register results in referral to the Appellate Division for disciplinary action; the register does not show whether a given attorney was referred. | 15,500 |
